Ellen L. Perlioni — Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Ms. Ellen L. Perlioni serves as a Partner in Labor and Employment Practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Ms. Perlioni has represented employers in numerous employment law cases in state and federal court, as well as in arbitrations and administrative hearings and trials. She has participated in the defense of complex employment law and ERISA class actions, and she has handled matters involving gender discrimination, race discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and disability. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Perlioni was an Employment Partner at a leading international law firm. She also regularly represents employers in claims pursued by and with state and federal agencies, including the Texas Workforce Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration. Her pro bono and public service has included the Dallas Suicide and Crisis Center Board of Directors and multiple pro bono cases, including two appointments under the Federal Criminal Justice Act. Ms. Perlioni is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is a Member of American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Association of Women Lawyers and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Ms. Perlioni received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1995 and her B.S. from Texas Christian University in 1992.
