John A. Funk — Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Mr. John A. Funk was a Partner at Dentons US LLP. Mr. Funk also serves as Partner in international outsourcing practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP's Global Outsourcing Practice. Mr. Funk focuses his practice on outsourcing transactions and has represented clients in complex information technology and business process outsourcing transactions for more than 30 years. His practice also includes other technology transactions such as software licensing, software development, and systems integrations. Mr. Funk is a frequent lecturer and author on outsourcing topics. He has been ranked in Chambers USA and Chambers Global in the first tier of leading lawyers for U.S. business process outsourcing. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Funk built and led the outsourcing practice of a peer international law firm. Mr. Funk received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Utah College of Law in 1980, where he was senior editor of the Utah Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A., with honors, from Utah State University in 1977. Mr. Funk is admitted to practice in Texas and California.
