Mathew Kidwell — Energy Transactions Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Mr. Mathew Kidwell has been Energy Transactions Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP since March 2013. Mr. Kidwell has joined the business and finance practice in London. He serves a Partner at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP since July 2006. He focuses on financing and development of major energy projects throughout the energy chain, from oil and gas exploration, production, refining, LNG, transportation, regulation through to power generation and transmission. Mr. Kidwell's project experience is global, spanning from the Middle East to Europe, India, Africa and South America. In addition, he has experience in sectors, including IT, water, transport and other infrastructure projects. He served as Partner of Corporate and Energy Practices at K&L Gates LLP from February 2011 to March 2013. He is a member of The Law Society of England & Wales and a member of the BOT Expert Group, United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. Mr. Kidwell holds an M.A., honors, First Class in history from St Andrews University, Scotland.
