Ms. Stefanie Moll is a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Ms. Moll focuses her practice on employment litigation in federal and state courts and in arbitration. She has experience litigating on behalf of management in a variety of employment law disputes and in all types of discrimination claims, including, among others, claims involving workers' compensation retaliation, sexual harassment, race, national origin, sex, pregnancy, age, and disability discrimination. Ms. Moll also regularly represents employers in FLSA collective actions involving misclassification and off the clock claims. Also, Ms. Moll has experience litigating ERISA denial of benefits claims, FMLA and WARN Act claims, state law wrongful termination claims, and claims involving whistleblower allegations. Ms. Moll earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1997 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
