Mr. Garrett Quigley has been Managing Director of Morgan Stanley since 2011. Mr. Quigley served as a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Dimensional Fund Advisors Ltd. Mr. Quigley oversaw the portfolio management team and plays a key role in communicating the Dimensional Fund Advisors investment strategies to existing and prospective clients and is a regular presenter at internal and external conferences. Mr. Quigley joined Dimensional's London office in 1992 after serving as Software Consultant for Prudential plc UK.
