What are some of the best things about your team?

Lots of different experience in the field.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving new and interesting problems. Interacting with some of my coworkers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It wasn't super rigid and adapts to the candidate. There was good feedback as I went though.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Lots of small benefits throughout the year, eg travel allowance, free friday lunches, well stocked kitchen, fun parties

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Great communication with the staff. Very personable CEO. Lots of experience developing products in this field. Most are/worse engineers so know what engineers like and know how to keep them happy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We're always looking towards the next target. In engineering sometimes things go wrong, but we don't play the blame game, we just accept it as part of the process and keep going.
