What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We all share the belief that we are creating an innovative and disruptive new Wi-Fi technology that will reshape how IoT devices communicate.

What are some of the best things about your team?

It is easy to get a team together to quickly accomplish a task. We also have regular status meetings that keep us on pace. Everybody is comfortable with using the conferencing tools during COVID restrictions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They set aggressive goals that are necessary for our company to succeed, and they give me the tools to get the job done. As a startup, we are not hampered by large bureaucracy to act on good ideas.

What did you like most about the interview process?

We spent most of the time making sure there was a good fit (skills, personalities, teamwork, culture) before moving to more difficult technical discussions. Hard work was a given expectation. But I also liked the description of how the team would get together for fun .
