Benefits are really great. It's all online now-a-days, but our health packages are great. Lots of big company options with all of the perks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect for ideas and suggestions. Feedback on product suggestions is very much welcomed. Even if my ideas didn't work, they still took the time to review and provide feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Insight and feedback are very common and expected. This helps all of us grow and provides for a very open and honest dialog. Comments and ideas are always welcomed and appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engaging with our customers and watching them go live with our implementation team. I also really enjoy listening to our future clients and the ideas they have to perfect the consumer experience.
