Anthony T. Brausen — Vice President of Finance at Mosaic Company

Mr. Anthony T. Brausen, also known as Tony, has been Vice President of Finance at The Mosaic Company since June 8, 2016. Mr. Brausen served as the Chief Accounting Officer of The Mosaic Company since April 20, 2006 until June 8, 2016 and Senior Vice President of Finance since December 2011 until June 8, 2016. Mr. Brausen has more than 30 years of broad-based finance and management experience. He served as Vice President of Finance at The Mosaic Company from April 20, 2006 to December 2011. He joined Mosaic on February 27, 2006. Prior to Mosaic, he served as Vice President of Tennant Company since March 2000 and served as its Treasurer from February 2001 to 2003. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Walter Broadley Machines Limited. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tennant Company from March 2000 to December 2005 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From 1989 to March 2000, he served as Vice President, Assistant Controller, Director of Investor Relations and Treasurer of International Multifoods Corporation, a food service manufacturing and distribution business. He spent 11 years in several key financial leadership roles with International Multifoods Corporation and eight years with KPMG LLP from 1981 to 1989. He serves as Chairman of The Mosaic Company, an affiliate of GNS II (U.S.) Corp. He served as an Independent Director of Imation Corp., since August 2014. He served as a Director of Tennant N.V., Tennant Sales and Service Company, Tennant Finance Company and Tennant Sales and Service Finance Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Financial Executives International, the National Investor Relations Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also completed the Minnesota Executive Program at the University of Minnesota and the Executive Financial Management program in the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Mr. Brausen received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
