Mark J. Isaacson — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mosaic Company

Mr. Mark J. Isaacson has been General Counsel at The Mosaic Company since August 2014 and has been its Corporate Secretary since June 2014 and Senior Vice President since August 18, 2015. Mr. Isaacson joined Mosaic upon its formation in 2004 as its Chief Phosphates Counsel before being promoted to Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in 2011. He has significant experience in compliance, commercial transactions, litigation and antitrust practice. Prior to joining Mosaic, he worked for 15 years at Cargill, Inc., where he served as Senior Attorney for a number of its business units. He served as Vice President at The Mosaic Company since 2011. He holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and political science from the University of North Dakota and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota.
