Richard Mack — Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President at Mosaic Company

Mr. Richard L. Mack, also known as Rich, has been an Executive Vice President of Mosaic USA Holdings, Inc. since January 1, 2009. Mr. Mack has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of The Mosaic Company since January 01, 2009 and its Principal Accounting Officer since June 8, 2016. Mr. Mack is also the founding executive and sponsor of Streamsong Resort. He serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mosaic USA Holdings, Inc. He served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The Mosaic Company from June 14, 2004 to January 1, 2009. He served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mosaic Global Holdings Inc. He served as Corporate Secretary of The Mosaic Company from 2004 to June 1, 2014. He has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and equity transactions. He served as a Senior Attorney in Cargill's Law Department, where he served since 1994. His responsibilities included providing strategic counsel on commercial, operational and strategic matters for several Cargill Business Units, including Crop Nutrition. He served as Senior Attorney at Cargill Ventures since 2000. He advised Cargill on all legal aspects related to Cargill Ventures' activities, including company startups, equity financings and technology related agreements. Mr. Mack served as counsel for administrative divisions at Norwest Corporation. He has been a Director of Titan Machinery, Inc. since June 4, 2015. He serves as a Director of the Wa'ad Al Shamal Phosphate Company in Saudi Arabia. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar, the Hennepin County Bar and the American Corporate Counsel Associations. Mr. Mack holds a BS in Accounting from Moorhead State University (1990) and a JD with highest distinction from Hamline University School of Law (1993).
