Mr. David W. Saylor has been the President of MTS Test China at MTS Systems Corporation since August 2017. Mr. Saylor served as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at MTS Systems Corporation since November 9, 2015 until August 2017. Mr. Saylor joined MTS from Sunrise Windows, a leading manufacturer of custom windows, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He held a variety of Operations and Lean/Six Sigma Process Leadership roles at General Motors, Johnson Controls and other suppliers to the automotive industry. Mr. Saylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kettering University and an MBA from Oakland University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
