
Better communication, new upper management and more thinking of the students and employees and less about the money.
There are some events and good things at this company from time to time. And they do take suggestions occasionally
My department works well together and helps each other out but maybe my supervisor could do a bit more and put less on his assistants.
They should pay their employees better for all the work that they do. Fx they should pay their TAs more than minimum hourly wage since they have to practice outside of work.
Communicating between departments and just overall vibe. There is a lot of hostility going around I feel and a lot of departments slacking and other people getting yelled at that have nothing to do with it.
