What is the best part about your compensation package?

Better than most firms and good spot bonuses

pay is fair/market rate. There is unlimited PTO but in my time there I could never actually use it

Answered no on equity because we are privately held.

People are recognized for their contributions here - people who complain about salary may not be self aware enough to realize they haven't earned more than they get
