What do you like best about the leadership team?
Driven and wants to see everyone succeed
Transparent. Open-minded. And they work as hard or harder than anyone else.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
everything - management is just a group of the CEO's cronies. Without a complete overhaul of the exec team this place will never improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Better than most firms and good spot bonuses
pay is fair/market rate. There is unlimited PTO but in my time there I could never actually use it
Answered no on equity because we are privately held.
People are recognized for their contributions here - people who complain about salary may not be self aware enough to realize they haven't earned more than they get

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
stop being overly political, collaborate in a real way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The new office in NY is amazing! Culture is open, friendly and ambitious. This is a place where anything is possible and upward movement is extremely available. There is a great track record of developing talent
Open floorpan is a bit chaotic at times - no privacy for anything with all of the glass. NY office is a bit tired looking especially on 8
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
everything. this is hands down the most toxic place I've ever been in my life.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Professional, welcoming, informative, kind and engaging
they seemed nice during interviews (which was for show I since learned)
Ability to meet with several people and really get a feel for the culture
met a lot of people so I got a good feel for culture

What makes you most happy at work?
Collaberation, colleagues, interesting work and a culture of caring
We get great client assignments - the kinds of challenges that make you feel really great when you make it happen. And my colleagues are truly friends. We work hard, but we laugh a lot
No one works for "the man" here - we all work for our clients and for each other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
toxic and it starts at the top - the CEO is unethical as are his senior leadership team (not all of them but quite a few - the decent ones look the other way so they keep getting a paycheck)
