Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Allowing me to wear my glasses if its not bothering anyone or to wear a hat or dew rag if i please. Again for a company who pays so little you restrict what we are aloud to do with our appearance even if its not disrespectful.
