Prior to joining the executive team, Dan served as Director of Social Business Strategy at USAA. During his tenure, he founded the USAA Personal Brand Academy™, an employee advocacy program designed to help employees build their personal brands and authentically showcase their employee experience across social media channels to attract talent. Most recently Dan led a team of enterprise consultants who partnered with lines of business to bridge internal and external digital marketing initiatives through research, strategy development, and the deployment of social media capabilities (I.T.) to create shared value for all stakeholders. Dan is also a 13 year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps
