Christopher Pashalis Papouras — President of Nabors Drilling Solutions at Nabors Industries Ltd.

Mr. Christopher Pashalis Papouras has been President of Nabors Drilling Solutions since August 7, 2015. Mr. Papouras served as the President of Canrig Drilling Technology, Ltd., since 1998 until April 26, 2016. Since joining Canrig in 1998, Mr. Papouras performed a turnaround of that organization and returned it to profitability. He began his career with Nabors as assistant to the chief executive officer, where he was responsible for negotiating the purchase of tubular goods and third-party rentals. He was also involved in the financial analysis of acquisition candidates and worked with ratings agencies to achieve investment grade status for Nabors' debt. Previously, Mr. Papouras served as the President of Epoch Well Services, Inc., and Assistant to the Chairman of Nabors Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Nabors Industries Ltd. He has been a Director of Era Group Inc. since March 18, 2013. He serves as an Independent Director of Accend, Inc. He is a member of the Young President' Organization and a mentor in the Spring Branch Independent School District. Mr. Papouras has a B.S.E degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University in 1989 and received his M.Sc. in Management and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1991.
