Thomas A. Maxwell — VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer at NACCO Industries

Mr. Thomas A. Maxwell has been Treasurer and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at NACCO Industries, Inc. since September 18, 2017. Mr. Maxwell served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at NACCO Industries, Inc. since September 5, 2015 until September 18, 2017 and served its Assistant Treasurer since January 2014 until September 18, 2017. Mr. Maxwell oversaw forecasting and planning activities for NACCO and its subsidiaries, assists with corporate development and treasury activities and has oversight of various corporate and administrative activities of NACCO and its subsidiaries. Mr. Maxwell joined NACCO Industries as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2005 and served as its Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis since 2011. He served as Senior Manager of Finance since January 2014. Prior to joining NACCO Industries, Mr. Maxwell worked at STERIS Corporation as the Supervisor of Financial Reporting from 2003 to 2005 and at several other companies with various roles in finance and accounting prior to 2003. Mr. Maxwell received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University and a Masters of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
