Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been at Nadine West for over a year, My job is mostly in recieving but sometimes i am in inspection, packing or picking. It would be nice to make at least $16.00 an hour or more.
If workers were not sent home because lack of workdays.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Warehouse sometimes to hot or too cold. To improve management should not be in charge of fans workers should. All departments should be treated equally Managers pick and choose favoritism.
