What do you like best about the leadership team?
Came up through the company (not an outside hire) and really knows the business inside and out. Cares a lot about the people that work here.
As open as they can be, very communicative, all ideas are welcome and listened to.

The salary is competitive and above market rate.

Very very smart people who know what they are doing. Great teamwork and friendly.
My coworkers are genuinely my friends. We all work hard for each other, helping achieve our goals collectively.

Everyone can be their authentic selves. We value the diversity and uniqueness that everyone brings to the table.
Everyone works together, we all have a say in what we are doing and can share the accomplishments with each other.

Getting to meet lots of people from different departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with great people, a sense of accomplishment by finishing projects that will have an immediate impact on the company.
