Brandon Villery — VP & General Counsel at NantHealth

Mr. Brandon Villery has been the Vice President and General Counsel at NantHealth, Inc. since October 12, 2017. Mr. Villery leads NantHealth's legal department. He is responsible for a broad range of legal areas for NantHealth, including general corporate matters, licensing and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and litigation. He joined NantHealth in 2017. He served as Associate General Counsel of its parent company, NantWorks, LLC, beginning in 2014. While at NantWorks, he counseled NantWorks portfolio companies on complex technology and commercial transactions, as well as merger and acquisition, litigation and intellectual property matters. He was a member of the technology transactions department at the international law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP, first in San Francisco and then in Los Angeles. He founded a boutique technology law practice representing companies in a broad range of industries, including enterprise business software, healthcare IT, informatics, financial services, Internet services, semiconductors and outsourcing. He holds a J.D. from The University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2000 and a B.A. in Political Science from the California State University, Fullerton.
