What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the fact that it was a group interview that avoided duplicating answers, and being able to talk to all at once.
The culture of the company and the extreme respect everyone has for each other.

The process focused on how I thought about things. Nautilus is doing something in a way that hasn't been done and everyone who interviewed me pushed me in ways to explore my creativity and technical ability.

They made me feel relaxed which brought out the best in me. It was a difficult technical interview, which I didn't get a lot of the answers right, but they identified my willingness to learn quickly.
Access to individuals from all functional areas. Real candidness about the objectives, culture, and challenges. Highly interactive, I was able to burrow into matters as the conversation evolved to get an accurate sense of the work, people and culture.
Asked great questions and explained the company well to me so that we could create a very good understanding of fit for both of us.
