Willingness to adapt to change and provide communication to employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee ownership brings an additional annual cash/shares distribution that goes into a retirement and grows with the company until you leave or retire.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ability to collaborate, acceptance of team members and always willing to lend a hand as needed.
Very helpful to new employees and/or people new to the department or technology. Always willing to try new things and fix/replace things that don't work well. Focus is more on the success of the company and the team than the individual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Business has been really very fast growing in recent years and we have a lot of opportunity to contribute to advancements like the Covid vaccine, more sustainable energy production, etc.
There is constant optimism in every department. No one allows loses or things beyond our control effect our work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
People were very vested in learning about me and very candid with their questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunities to do things I've never done at a fast pace and with a lot of freedom
Ability to grow my career and my organization's willingness to invest in my growth. It's an added bonus my team believes in me and encourages me to do so.
I am trusted to get my work done; allowing me to work at my own pace, take a break when needed and have flexibility to accommodate the needs of my family
