Gil Labrucherie J.D. — Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Nektar Therapeutics

Mr. Gil M. Labrucherie, J.D., has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Nektar Therapeutics since June 2016 and April 02, 2007 respectively. Mr. Labrucherie more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in finance, legal and corporate development. He served as Secretary of Nektar Therapeutics since April 2007 until June 2016 and its General Counsel since April 2, 2007 until June 2016 respectively. He served as Secretary of Senova Systems, Inc. He served as Interim Secretary of Chadmoore Wireless Group Inc. (formerly, Capvest Internationale Ltd.) since November 10, 2006 and as its Interim President from November 10, 2006 to March 26, 2007. He co-founded Senova Systems, Inc. He served as Vice President for Corporate Legal of Nektar Therapeutics since October 2005. He served at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation. From October 2000 to September 2005, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at E2open LLC.
