Less mandatory overtime and more sharing of company profits with all empoyees

Treatment towards me and the attitude of the HR department was positive

Treating all employees equally, and reducing mandatory overtime put in by the manufacturing staff

Machine operators work 6 days a week and have use PTO to take time off on saturdays
