The compensations are quite low sometimes but the positive part is that the company gives you a fair chance to keep the work-life excited and keeps you encouraged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very personable and I enjoy coming in daily for that reason.

Being a Fresher it's little difficult.
What makes you most happy at work?
Easy going/flowing and managers have trust in there staff to do the right things each day and not press.
Working with the team to produce quality work that exceeds our client's expectations.
