Naeem Ullah Ghauri — President, Head of Global Sales & Director at NetSol Technologies

Mr. Naeem Ullah Ghauri serves as the President at NetSol Technologies Europe Limited. Mr. Ghauri serves as the President and Head of Global Sales at NetSol Technologies, Inc. Mr. Ghauri serves as the Head of Global Sales and President of Asia Pacific Region of NetSol Technologies, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of NetSol USA Inc. Mr. Ghauri served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Global Sales at NetSol Technologies Europe Limited. Mr. Ghauri served as President of NetSol (UK) Ltd. since October 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ghauri served as the President of European Operations at NetSol Technologies, Inc. since October 2006 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer of European Operations, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Products Division. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of NetSol Technologies, Inc., from August 2001 to October 2006. He served as Managing Director of NetSol (UK) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Netsol Technologies, Inc. located in Milton Keys, England from 1999 to 2001. He was responsible for the launch of NetSol eR, Inc. in Calabasas, CA as well as NetSolConnect in Pakistan. Prior to Netsol Technologies, Inc., Mr. Ghauri served as Project Director for Mercedes-Benz Finance Ltd., a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler, Germany from 1994 to 1999. From 1994 to 1999, he worked as a Senior IT Consultant with various blue-chip companies in Europe. At Debis, he managed the Hercules Project, a complex and challenging project worth more than $70 million. Prior to taking on the Hercules Project, Mr. Ghauri was the Senior Project Manager at Mercedes in Singapore. From 1983 to 1995, he worked on various assignments in Australia with Citibank and the United Kingdom with Fidelity Investments in data processing departments. He also ran several successful business ventures in retail computers and in the real estate industry in Australia. He serves as the Chairman of Netsol Technologies Limited. and Virtual Lease Services Limited (VLS). Mr. Ghauri has been a Director of NetSol Technologies, Inc., since 1999. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Netsol Technologies Limited and served as Non-Executive Director of NetSol Technologies Europe Limited. Mr. Gahuri has a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Chelsea College of Aeronautical Engineering, UK and a degree in Computer Science from CLC, Los Angeles.
