Roger Kent Almond — CFO & Principal Accounting Officer at NetSol Technologies

Mr. Roger Kent Almond has been the Chief Financial Officer at NetSol Technologies, Inc. since September 10, 2013. Mr. Almond has nearly two decades of experience providing national and international companies with financial reporting and auditing services, serving in various positions at Grant Thornton LLP and at Pickard & Green, CPAs. Additionally, he has expertise in preparing SEC filings for public companies, conducting due diligence on potential acquisition candidates, preparing projections and business plans and evaluating and improving internal controls. Mr. Almond held the position of Senior Manager at Pickard & Green Certified Public Accountant since 2007. Prior to this, he held the position of Assurance Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, in Los Angeles, California from 2003 to 2006. From November 1999 to August 2003, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Keysor Century Corporation located in Saugus, California. Mr. Almond earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1991. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. He has also completed executive management courses at UCLA in 2001.
