Mr. James D. Meier has been Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary at Nevada Gold & Casinos Inc. since November 01, 2014. Mr. Meier served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Analysis at Full House Resorts Inc. and served as its Vice President of Finance since February 2007. Mr. Meier served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Full House Resorts Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Full House Resorts Inc. from January 14, 2005 to January 2007 and Controller from July 1, 2004 to January 14, 2005. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Capital One LLC and of Phoenix Leisure Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer of AFM Hospitality Corp., since April 2004. Mr. Meier has 17 years of hospitality industry experience. His experience previously has included Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for a Canadian Public company involved in all aspects of hospitality throughout North America; as Financial Reporting Manager for a nearly billion dollar (US) gaming, hotel and entertainment public company and a publicly traded national telecommunications provider handling accounting for a US $ 700 million investment portfolio. He held financial and accounting positions at Ameristar Casinos, Inc. and Nevada Palace Hotel and Casino and was an Auditor at Piercy, Bowler, Taylor & Kern. Mr. Meier is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with a Master of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Meier received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University.
