Collegues are really nice people. Manager is too but his really harsh.

Friendly and outgoing and really positive team just letdown by a manager that needs to take time and train the newer casuals properly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually sit down and spend time the employe. At least once a week, to discuss issues and improve work related issues and ethics.
