The leadership team is a group of visionaries that have clear goals and inspire those around them to help achieve each goal. They care about every employee and empower everyone to do their very best work.
What makes you most happy at work?
We have a great product with a customer base that loves not only the product but the team supporting it. We get way more positive feedback from clients than negative which is rare in this industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The current pay is great, but the best part of my compensation is that NinjaCat is invested in my future; so I know that in a couple of years, my skills and experience will be worth even more money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a flat organization. Every employee is responsible for managing themselves including their workload, making sure they get the training and support they need, communicating important information, etc. This eliminates bureaucracy and empowers people to make decisions and act.
