Kenneth Klein CPA — Chief Financial Officer of Hospital Division & Executive Officer at Nobilis Health

Mr. Kenneth J. Klein, also k, wn as Kenny, CPA, has been Executive Officer of Nobilis Health Corp. since February 8, 2017 and has been its Chief Financial Officer of Hospital Division since January 2017. Mr. Klein served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nobilis Health Corp. since July 9, 2015 until February 8, 2017 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since April 2015 until May 11, 2016. Mr. Klein served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of The Menninger Clinic Incorporated. He was responsible for managing all financial operations, including accounting, finance, budgeting, purchasing, treasury and payroll, for The Clinic and The Menninger Clinic Foundation. Mr. Klein served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Northstar Healthcare Inc. until April 2010. While at Northstar, his responsibilities included accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, information technology and human resources. Mr. Klein has more than 19 years of finance and healthcare experience. Mr. Klein held positions with several other healthcare organizations in Houston, Texas, including, Texas Children's Hospital, Castle Dental Centers, Fisher Healthcare. He served as Assistant Vice President of Finance of The Menninger Clinic from 2005 to 2007. Prior to Menninger Clinic, he served as Director of Finance at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital from August 2003 to January 2005. Prior to that, he served as Controller at Southwest Concrete Products. In 1988, Mr. Klein began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a Director and Chairman of Audit Committee at Acro Energy Technologies, LLC since May 2008. Mr. Klein is an Active Member of Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Klein holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant from AICPA.
