Charlie Rudd — Chief Executive Officer of O&M Advertising at Ogilvy & Mather

Mr. Charlie Rudd has been Chief Executive Officer of O&M Advertising at Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, Inc. since September 2015. Mr. Rudd served as the Chief Operating Officer of Bartle Bogle Hegarty Ltd. since July 4, 2014. As Chief Operating Officer, he worked in developing the business beyond its core advertising business with the creation of satellite businesses such as BBH Sport and Black Sheep Productions. He served as Managing Director of Bartle Bogle Hegarty Ltd. from 2008 to July 4, 2014 and served as its Deputy Managing Director since 2004. He served as Head of Account Management at BBH since March 2000. He joined BBH in January 1999 where his account responsiblities have included One2One, Audi and Barclays. Mr. Rudd joined Ogilvy & Mather on their graduate training programme and went on to work on the Guiness and Shell accounts. He left O&M in 1992 and joined Simons Palmer where his principal pre-occupation was the BT account. He served on the Board of Simons Palmer since 1995 and worked with other clients including IDV, Fuji and the COI. Mr. Rudd was graduated with a degree in History and Politics from London University in 1989.
