Mr. Jerry C. Atkin has been the Chief Executive Officer of SkyWest Airlines, Inc. and Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc. since 1975. Mr. Atkin served as the Chief Executive Officer of SkyWest Inc. since 1975 until 2015. He joined Skywest Inc. in July 1974 as the Director of Finance until 1975 and served as its President since 1975 until May 11, 2011. He also served as the President of SkyWest Airlines, Inc. Mr. Atkin has been the Chairman of the board of SkyWest Airlines, Inc. and Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Inc since 1975 and SkyWest Inc. since 1991. Mr. Atkin has been a Director of Skywest Inc., since July 1974. He has been a Director of Zions Bancorporation since 1993 and serves on the State of Utah Board of Regents. He served as a Presiding Director of Zions Bancorp. He practiced as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Atkin holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
