Mr. Ralph J. Mauro, Esq. serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Nutrisystem, Inc. Mr. Mauro was a Partner with Kleinbard Bell & Brecker LLP, a Philadelphia corporate boutique law firm from 1997 to June 2010, where he represented many businesses in a variety of matters, including private equity and senior debt financing, joint ventures and strategic alliances, contract negotiation and documentation and mergers and acquisitions. From September 1990 to December 1996, Mr. Mauro was an associate in the Business Departments of Kleinbard Bell & Brecker, Dechert LLP and Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP. Mr. Mauro also serves on the Boards of La Salle University, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Eastern PA/DE Chapter), and Huntingdon Valley Country Club. Mr. Mauro received his law degree magna cum laude in 1990 from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Mauro practiced as a CPA at Arthur Andersen LLP. He received his undergraduate degree maxima cum laude from La Salle University in 1984. Mr. Mauro is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
