He served as Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets for seven years at Leerink Swann LLC (now Leerink Partners). He spent nearly a decade at Alex. Brown & Sons and its successor organization Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Mr. Notman served as Managing Director of Jefferies Broadview (Alternative Name is Broadview International LLC). Mr. Notman led Broadview International's Equity Private Placement practice and has nearly 10 years of transaction experience including mid- to late-stage private companies, venture-backed companies and public companies seeking private financing. He served as Global Group Head of Equity Private Placements at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown Inc. He also has extensive direct knowledge of the venture capital and private equity communities having served for Aegis Venture Funds. He served as a Vice President at Comdisco Ventures. He holds an MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a B.A. degree in Economics from Middlebury College.
