We work together as a team and enjoy our working days, but we must improve in the communication part

Fair and motivating. I earn more than my college friends
I'm happy with my compensation but I think, I could have a better appreciation and recognition in the company, since I'm committed to my work and punctual, other than that, I try my best and always looking to improve.

We enjoy the environment, we work together, it's almost like a family

We care for each other and somehow we are friends
We are like a small family and the function of each one is essential, we discuss everything and try to be up to date with what we do.
