Mr. William E. Losch, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Okta, Inc. since June 25, 2013. Mr. Losch has more than 20 years of corporate financial experience. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at MobiTV, Inc. since May 29, 2007 to June 2013, where he was responsible for MobiTV's global finance and accounting, treasury, human resources and legal affairs. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Dreamworks Animation Skg Inc. (Formerly, Dreamworks Animation Inc) from October 2004 to May 2007. At DreamWorks Animation, he managed all accounting and control, financial reporting, treasury and tax functions. He served as Vice President of Finance at Yahoo! GeoCities since March 1998. From December 1988 to October 1995, Mr. Losch served as the Chief Financial Officer of MCA Development. Mr. Losch served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Yahoo! Inc., where he was responsible for its day-to-day accounting operations and focused on corporate accounting and control, financial reporting, budget and forecasting, risk management and facilities. From 1993 to 1998, he held multiple Vice President -level positions for Universal Studios, Inc. From March 1984 to November 1988, Mr. Losch served as a Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Losch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of California at Los Angeles and is a licensed CPA in the State of California.
