What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my team. All are very easy to work with and we help each other on a daily basis to stay ahead and get all tasks completed.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and the tasks that I am responsible for completing. I really enjoy what I do and look forward to the feeling of accomplishment at the end of the work day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should probably be making a little more considering how long I have been with the company and all of my job responsibilities. However, I love my job and would not want to work ANY WHERE else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coming to work is something I love to do. I look forward to engaging with my co-workers and keeping up with their work projects as well as their personal lives. We are one big family here at OmegaFi.
