I love working here. We have challenging days and many high bars to overcome, but we continue to do amazing things with very little, and it's truly exciting to be a part of. I can't imagine going back to another company because it would just be too slow.

Everyone solves problems together. There are no politics and no blaming when things go wrong. We just identify the problem and work together to resolve it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the way our teams run. We've really adopted Scrum and using it we produce a huge amount of work at a very comfortable pace. We are able to deliver much more than some much larger companies.
