What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comp package overall is competitive, Medical is decent but really love the unlimited PTO. We work hard but can actually take leave as needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a lot of new leadership, who have really helped improve and allow the company to grow. Always some challenges with venture companies, but they listen and act on important issues and our co-founders are growing as a result.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company organizes a lot of fun activities and we also support Pledge 1%, where the whole company donates 1% of their work time to the community. Very rewarding experience and a great way to learn more about your co-workers in a different experience
