I love my direct team. We're very open with each other.

I don't enjoy my role. Not sure that can really be improved.

Stop taking about making the company culture better & actually do things that help your employees in their daily tasks
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't really interact with upper management. In general, I believe there are too many leaders & not enough workers in the company.
