Mr. Esben W. Pedersen has been the Chief Investment Officer of Pattern Energy Group Inc. since August 2013. Mr. Pedersen serves as Vice President at Pattern Canada Finance Company ULC. Mr. Pedersen served as a Co-Head of Finance of Pattern Development since June 2009. He was employed by Babcock & Brown from 2007 to 2009, where he focused on the origination and execution of investments in the energy sector. Previously, he worked at Enron and AEI as Manager and Senior Director, respectively, from 1999 to 2006, where he served in numerous corporate development and origination roles in the United States and abroad. Mr. Pedersen is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
