Mr. Hunter H. Armistead has been an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Pattern Energy Group Inc. and Pattern Energy Group LP since August 2013. Mr. Armistead manages Pattern's project origination, construction and project financing initiatives. Mr. Armistead has more than 14 years of energy experience and excels at managing and navigating multiple projects through the complex process of development and financing. He managed the renewable energy activities of Babcock & Brown's North American Infrastructure Group. He oversaw the expansion of Babcock & Brown's wind business, which grew to over 600 MW per year under construction across the United States. He worked at Edison Mission Energy, where he led financing for one of the largest structured acquisitions in the utility sector. He was a Senior Power Developer at Conoco and an Industrial Controls Manager at Honeywell. Mr. Armistead serves as an Executive Director at Pattern Energy Group LP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
