What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very transparent and this drives clarity, even as the business changes. They acknowledge mistakes and problem solve together with the team.
Passionate. Honest. Fun (most of the time).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are the best I've ever had and the comp is better than fair, to the point that I don't have to worry/think about it. Just work hard and it'll be rewarded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never worked on a team/for a manager who cared as much about me as a person and a professional.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even as a new, young person at the company, my opinion is valued. I'm not always right and that's made clear, but I always have a voice and the discussions are pragmatic and constructive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet many team members and get a feel for the team.
