What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process needs far more transparency. I was brought in under the impression that I would be leading structured process improvements, but the reality was a chaotic environment with no real interest in change. Candidates deserve an honest depiction of the role and company priorities.

What's going wrong is a complete disconnect between leadership and delivery. Projects are rushed without proper planning, leading to poor customer experiences.
