Mr. Douglas I. Kra has been Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at Pegasystems Inc. since July 2014. Mr. Kra is responsible for sales, services and alliances across Pegasystems??? business in Europe, Asia and Australia. Since joining Pega in 2004, he has been integral to Pegasystems expansion in Asia Pacific, from a single office in Sydney to multiple offices in Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Japan, serving some of the region's leading brands. Mr. Kra has more than 20 years of success in providing global organizations with transformational solutions to complex business challenges through the application of leading technologies and He served as Senior Vice President of Global Services, Senior Vice President of Client Success and Senior Vice President of Pega Consulting at Pegasystems Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Global Services from November 2004 to July 2014. Prior to eLoyalty, he served as President of an Internet services company, Zefer. Prior to that, he spent more than nine years with Cambridge Technology Partners, where he built and managed both strategic account programs and held P&L responsibility for major CTP geographies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kra served as a software engineer for other large technology companies. He assume leadership of the services group, with a continued focus on helping customers and partners maximize their implementations of Pegasystems' BPM software and providing superior customer service. Mr. Kra holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business.
