Kenneth R. Stillwell Jr. — CFO, Chief Administrative Officer & Senior VP at Pegasystems

Mr. Kenneth R. Stillwell, Jr., also known as Ken, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Pegasystems Inc. since July 7, 2016 and its Senior Vice President since August 2, 2016. Mr. Stillwell served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Dynatrace LLC until July 7, 2016. Prior to Dynatrace, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at SOVOS, a financial and compliance software as a service (SaaS) company in Boston, where he managed a number of operational functions. He served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Inmedius Inc. since April 2007. Mr. Stillwell served as Chief Financial Officer of Cardiac Telecom Corporation since February 2007 and its President from February 2007 to August 20, 2007. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Milestone Group LLC. Prior to joining Milestone Group in 2003, he spent five years with DeCrane Aircraft Systems Integration Group, a division of DeCrane Aircraft Holding, Inc. where he served in positions of Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and President. He served as a Divisional Vice-President at Anteon (now General Dynamics), he assisted senior management with the organization's integration. Prior to working at DeCrane Aircraft Systems, Mr. Stillwell served as a Manager in the Business Advisory Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Baltimore, Managing Director from 1993 to 1999. He served as Managing Director of SIGOS GmbH. He also has five years of financial leadership experience at PTC, where he served as the divisional Chief Financial Officer within the product lifecycle management (PLM) and application lifecycle management (ALM) segment for the $1.3 billion publicly traded software company. He has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in high growth organizations in the technology sector. He serves as an Acting Vice Chairman of Westmoreland County Community College. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Stillwell holds M.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Carolina and B.S. in Business and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
