Harold K. Andersen — Senior VP of External Affairs & Chief Legal Officer at Pembina Pipeline Corporation

Mr. Harold K. Andersen, also known as Harry, serves as Vice President of Legal and General Counsel at Pembina NGL Corporation. Mr. Andersen has been Senior Vice President of External Affairs and Chief Legal Officer at Pembina Pipeline Corporation since July 01, 2017. Mr. Andersen served as Vice President of Legal and General Counsel at Pembina Pipeline Corporation since April 1, 2013 and December 2011 respectively and served as its Secretary. He oversees Pembina's Legal and Land, Regulatory and Aborginal Relations departments and has extensive experience in major merger and acquisition transactions, project development, joint ventures, financings, reorganizations and restructurings. He has considerable experience in most aspects of the energy industry, including: petroleum, natural gas and other product pipelines and related storage and terminalling facilities. He is also experienced in matters related to natural gas storage, processing and other upstream and midstream facilities, traditional and wind power projects and greenhouse gas credits. Mr. Andersen served as Partner and Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP (a law firm) from June 2000 to December 2011. He has been a Director of Veresen Midstream Limited Partnership since November 27, 2017. He has been a Director of Alliance Pipeline L.P. since October 2, 2017. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Calgary.
